Session 1 is a four-hour workshop for 20–30 business users. Session 2 is an eight-hour day including breaks for 15–20 developers. Each includes guided practice, a project and presentations.
- Bring a laptop and a Google account with access to the tool for your session: NotebookLM for Session 1; AI Studio and Firebase for Session 2. Check access before the workshop. Trainers must complete the Firebase setup checklist.
- Unzip the exercise pack. It includes project sources, worksheets, prompts, sample Firestore rules, and five core checks.
- Use the supplied fictional data. Account policies, model availability, and usage allowances may differ.
- Session 1 project and presentations run 11:35 am–12:55 pm. Session 2 completes and presents the app from 3:15–4:55 pm.
- Session 1: six teams, four minutes plus one minute feedback. Session 2: five teams, five minutes plus three minutes Q&A.
