# Best practice: describe the outcome, not a long prompt
## Why use a familiar framework?
- Shorter instructions: RACI names a responsibility structure without explaining every column.
- Clearer outcomes: ask for a role table, comparison or justified recommendation.
- Easier review: a consistent structure helps expose missing roles and evidence.
- Reusable patterns: change the source or task instead of starting again.
Frameworks help structure answers; they do not guarantee accuracy. Check the sources and add detail if the result needs it.

## RACI: a short prompt for responsibilities
> From BIZ-02, draft a RACI for the follow-up actions. Cite the roles and mark missing assignments “not documented”.
R = Responsible (does the work); A = Accountable (owns the outcome); C = Consulted (provides input); I = Informed (receives updates).
Expected: Aina handles pricing; Kumar checks access. Other roles are not established. Aim for one Accountable owner per activity in an agreed matrix, but never invent authority to fill a cell.
Optional follow-up: “Separate confirmed assignments from suggestions.”

## Bloom’s: name the thinking you need
Bloom’s classifies cognitive learning objectives; here we adapt its verbs to prompting. You do not need to recite the taxonomy in a prompt.
Remember → identify facts. Understand → explain. Apply → use a rule. Analyse → compare parts. Evaluate → judge against criteria. Create → produce a useful new output.
> Analyse BIZ-01–03 against the RM10,000 budget. Recommend the next step, citing facts and flagging gaps.
Optional follow-up: “Show the comparison in a table.”
A recommendation is a judgement, not a recorded decision. Check the supporting evidence.

## Simple pattern
Source + framework or thinking task + desired outcome.
Start short, inspect the result, then add one specific refinement. Include essential limits, such as not inventing missing roles.

## Seven-minute practice
Run one prompt (3 minutes), inspect its source and correct a weakness (2), record the framework and why it helped (2).
Use the result within your existing project: RACI for the action list, or Analyse/Evaluate for the briefing. No extra report required.
